This schedule is used to reserve specific workstations inside the Grégoire Culinary Hub.
All kitchen stations must be booked in advance to ensure safe, organized, and uninterrupted operations for everyone using the space.
Please select the station you need and reserve your time before coming in to work. Each station has its own schedule to prevent overlap and ensure proper spacing, sanitation, and equipment availability.
